Is Mobiliti secure?
Mobiliti employs industry best practices with regards to security and offers the following security safeguards:
- Authentication - Mobiliti App users are authenticated for every interaction with any Mobiliti component. Users are authenticated by user name and password.
- Encryption - 128-bit encryption is used for all transactions within Mobiliti and other Fiserv solutions (e.g., core banking and payment systems).
- Fraud - Mobiliti incorporates mechanisms such as transaction validation and transaction reconciliation processes to detect fraud.
- Availability/Resilience - Mobiliti is protected against malicious attacks through software and server hardening measures.

Is my personal financial information stored on my phone?
No. Mobiliti™ does not save any files with personal or financial information on your mobile device or tablet.
Which accounts can I access using Mobiliti?
You can access any account you are a primary or direct owner of. During enrollment, you select which account you want to access via your mobile device or tablet. If at any time you wish to add or remove accounts from view in Mobiliti, simply log into Online Banking and click on Profile > Mobile Banking > Manage Devices.
How current is the account and transaction information?
When you view your account balance, you see the current available balance in your account. When you view transactions history, you see the most recently posted and pending transactions.
Can I add more than one mobile phone or tablet?
Yes. You can enroll several mobile devices or tablets for Mobiliti. To add a new phone, simply log into Online Banking and click on Profile > Mobile Banking > Manage Devices.
What if my phone number changes?
If your mobile number changes, no problem. Simply update your device information by logging into Online Banking and click on Profile > Mobile Banking > Manage Devices.
What if my phone or tablet is lost or stolen?
If your mobile device or tablet is stolen, no one can access your account without knowing your password. To prevent unauthorized access to your account, you can deactivate your phone by logging into Online Banking and clicking on Profile > Mobile Banking > Manage Devices.
How do I stop using Mobiliti on my phone or tablet?
To stop using Mobiliti, simply log into Online Banking and click on Profile > Mobile Banking > Manage Devices.
What if I get a new phone or tablet?
Getting a new phone or tablet is no problem. All you have to do is log into Online Banking and click on Profile > Mobile Banking > Manage Devices. From the device manager, you can resend any of the links needed and/or download the application again to install on your new phone or tablet.
Which phones can I use for Mobiliti?
iPhone, Samsung, HTC, LG and Motorola phones using an iOS or Android operating system are supported by Mobiliti.
